What was the highlight of CVS Bay Hotel

Loved the location but small rooms.

The location was closed to Disney and that was the main reason we stayed at this hotel and location. The breakfast was good for the Japanese and western restaurant and we didn’t try the Chinese restaurant. Close to the train station and a convenient store.

I found the room small and we had little room for our large luggages. The bathroom floor was a little high to enter

The location so close to the train station and only 2 stop from Disneyland. Perfect for anyone going to Disney

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Said Western and Japanese food but mostly Japanese. Bacon and eggs would have been great.

It was a great stay and close to Disney!

The beds were comfortable. The staff was great. There was a small kids play area in the lobby. Parking for cars. Wonderful location to get to Disney!

The curtains were not blackout in the room which is so needed in summer when the sun rises so early. The restaurants with the vouchers were not the greatest and didn’t have a large selection of food.

Well worth it for the money and confort

Stayed here specifically for our trip to Disney which was conveniently only 2 stops down on the JR local train line. Location was very close to the station and the room came with free buffet breakfast. Staff were really friendly and kindly held onto our bags even after check-out

The only thing would be knowing how to open the window as it looked like it could be opened and when we turned the air-con on it smelled slightly like cat-piss

Good

The hotel is 2 stations away from Disney Resort, which makes its location perfect for those interested in going to the parks for the whole day. Its a bit far from tokyo and there is nothing around.

Breakfast is terrible for western people. It is not worth paying for it. Just grab and go a sandwich and a coffee in the convenience store next to the hotel on your way to the train station

Quaint and easy stay near Disney!

The place is very kid friendly, with a nice play area in the lobby, convenience store right next door, and RIGHT next to the station. The staff were all warm and friendly, and the room was clean and affordable.

The beds were hard as a rock which after a 12 hour Disney day was very difficult to sleep on. I don’t mind the small size of the room but I should have asked for a cushion or something. The “Japanese” breakfast was… fine. But the seating is much too narrow and crowded for a buffet. The Chinese breakfast was much better though! The seating was spread out, not too crowded, and had overflow seats as well.

location near station and next door to Lawson

mold in the bathroom, bathroom not clean or clean smelling. I could smell the sewer from the drains. No ventilation. No room to open suitcase with two people in the room. Too small for two people.

Would stay again- just not with kids or a large suitcase!

Literally on top of a Lawson’s and the JR station. Couldn’t have been more convenient for getting around Tokyo. Delivered towels, robes, and garbage bags to the robe daily to keep them clean even if you didn’t want daily cleaning.

Rooms were alarmingly small, even for Japanese rooms. Barely room for a suitcase in the room. And there is an almost dangerous step up/down to enter or exit the bathroom. In the 6 days we were there, we had more than a few stubbed toes.
